The more present we can be in the here and now, the more present we can be in our lives. The more present we are in our lives the more our lives will change and the more impact we can have in contributing to a more present, effective and balance existence.

The Be Sessions, formally known as Blue Light Energy Healing sessions, are a powerful combination of integrated energy work, and coaching and mentoring modalities. They are a catalyst for transformation. Sessions result in greater authenticity, personal integrity, and efficacy in all aspects of your life. They will take you to places that maybe less than comfortable at times, yet hidden in the depths, are the treasures of yourself, waiting to be met.

The Be Sessions are tailored to each being and each session is designed so that you can reveal more of yourself to yourself and become a catalyst for healing and transformation in your own life, as well as, for the world.

The choice of tools I use, to assist you, to liberate yourself from that which binds you, is guided by a deep sense of intuition and they are drawn from various personal growth modalities. These include finely tuned integrated energy work of advanced bio-dynamic Craniosacral therapy and Reiki, as well as, emphatic listening, transformational coaching and mentoring practices, conflict resolution using nonviolent communication techniques, guided meditations, ongoing personal practices and life experience.

Please note, people work with me in multitude of ways for a myriad of reasons and for follow up, I can work by distance. There is no set way to work with me, it is an organic process and it is unique to each individual and depends where they are in their process. A session is often profound and taking some time to integrate afterwards is of benefit.

Time with Nicky in session is 90 minutes.
